Advanced Lubrication Technology, Inc., founded in 1993, makes oil, grease, lubricant and fuel additives that are biodegradable and eco-friendly. Further, they are economical and last longer than the typical commercial products. And our technology is based on sound science.

Our Motor Silk™ and LubriSilk™ lubricants are unique because they are based on boric acid (discovered at Argonne National Laboratory) as an "Extreme Pressure" (EP) agent (the ingredient that "takes the load") in oils and greases to reduce friction, wear and corrosion. Unlike the toxic EP agents currently in use, boric acid is biodegradable (similar to what is used in eyewash), self-replenishing, more durable and reduce asperities that increase lubricant acidity.

Our Motor Silk™ additives are the only automotive products compliant under ISO 14064 to reduce Greenhouse Gas emissions from gasoline and diesel engines. Our fuel and engine oil additives have demonstrated increase fuel economy and lower emissions, including lower particulate matter emissions from diesels.
