How can a web design firm be a greeen company?

Imaginative Designs is a home based business that has one employee (me) the owner. Everyone else that works for Imaginative Designs are really independent contractors that also work from their homes - no travel necessary. We occasionally have meetings with the clients but mostly the owner meets with the clients and the rest stay home and get the work done. It s very efficient and effective - at least we think so.
